Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Multi-Channel Community & Local SEO Manager to serve as the voice of our expanding portfolio of essential home service brands. This role focuses on driving high-touch community engagement, managing social scheduling, maintaining local SEO visibility, and routing inbound leads to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Community Engagement: Manage inbound interactions across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profiles (GBP), delivering prompt, professional responses to direct messages, comments, and public reviews.
Lead Triage & Routing: Identify and qualify incoming sales inquiries across social channels and Google Messages, immediately routing high-intent leads to the sales team.
Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the posting queue in Buffer, ensuring scheduled, approved video content, captions, and hashtags are published consistently across all brand profiles (minimum 3 posts/week per brand).
Google Business Profile & Local SEO: Oversee GBP maintenance, answer customer Q&As, verify NAP (Name, Address, Phone) accuracy, monitor local search insights, and execute weekly reputation sweeps to remove spam/fake reviews.
Escalation & Performance Tracking: Route service disputes and 1–3 star reviews through established escalation channels. Track and report key engagement metrics, GBP rankings, and community highlights to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience managing communities and navigating administrative tools across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Manager.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Buffer (or similar scheduling platforms) and workflow management tools (Productive, Canva, Google Workspace).
Adaptable Voice: Ability to maintain a warm, professional brand voice, seamlessly adjusting from a formal tone on Google Business Profiles to a casual tone on social platforms.
Operational Discipline: Strong organization skills with a commitment to maintaining time-blocked routines to ensure zero unresponded candidate or customer inquiries.
Remote Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated, professional home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
