Website Management & Optimization Specialist
Own the health, speed, security, and UX of our website portfolio — maintain, optimize, and improve Webflow/WordPress assets. Remote, detail‑driven, and growth‑minded.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and technical problem-solver to take complete ownership of our website portfolio's health, performance, and visibility. In this role, your exclusive focus will be maintaining, managing, and optimizing our existing portfolio of websites. You won’t be asked to build websites from scratch, run paid ads, or write blog posts. Instead, you will be the guardian of our web assets—ensuring they load lightning-fast, rank high in search results, remain perfectly secure, and provide a flawless user experience day in and day out.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Oversight: Act as the primary technical point of contact for our portfolio of Webflow and WordPress websites.
Routine Maintenance: Execute regular core, theme, and plugin updates for WordPress sites while ensuring zero downtime or compatibility issues.
Health Checks: Monitor site uptime, run routine backups, and swiftly resolve any broken links, 404 errors, or hosting/DNS issues.
Content Implementation: Efficiently upload and format new pages, blog posts, and digital assets into the CMS (WordPress/Webflow) according to best practices.
SEO Execution: Utilize Semrush and Ahrefs to conduct site audits, identify technical SEO bottlenecks, and implement fixes (e.g., schema markup, meta data, site architecture).
Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness across all sites.
Analytics & Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console to track site performance, indexation status, and user behavior, translating raw data into actionable optimization strategies.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests, adjust layouts, and strategically optimize forms and Calls-to-Action (CTAs) within Webflow and WordPress to maximize overall conversion rates.
Continuous Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA testing across different browsers and devices to ensure a seamless and error-free user experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
CMS Mastery: Deep, hands-on proficiency in both WordPress (including popular builders and plugins) and Webflow.
SEO Tooling: Extensive experience using Semrush and Ahrefs for comprehensive technical audits, keyword tracking, and backlink analysis.
Data & Analytics: Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) to diagnose traffic drops, monitor health, and identify new growth opportunities.
Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as they relate directly to troubleshooting and on-page optimization.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for QA and ensuring pixel-perfect, highly functional web experiences.
Required Tech Stack: Must possess high proficiency in Webflow, WordPress, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console (GSC).
Schedule & Work Arrangement
Employment Type: Full-time position.
Days: Monday through Friday.
Working Hours: Standard US business hours.
Location: Fully Remote.
