Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused ServiceTitan Virtual Assistant to support a thriving business in the essential home services sector. This fully remote position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to smooth operations and exceptional client experiences by managing service requests and ensuring the efficient dispatch of field technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians, optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments via ServiceTitan CRM
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance via phone and email.
Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems.
Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
