Position Overview
The Inside Sales Caller is responsible for generating qualified opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound calls, engaging inbound leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Essential Job Functions

Execute structured follow-up across calls, texts, and emails.
Meet defined performance expectations and activity metrics.

Required Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
