Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. This remote contractor role is ideal for a performance-driven practitioner who can deliver measurable ROI, improve campaign efficiency, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and programmatic/display networks.
Optimization & Testing: Continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages; design and run A/B tests to improve performance and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) and deliver actionable insights; use analytics to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders; communicate results, trends, and recommended next steps.
Audience & Creative Strategy: Develop audience segmentation strategies, collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets, and advise on messaging & UX for landing pages.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize return while maintaining efficiency across campaigns and channels.
Technical Implementation: Implement and maintain tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels), validate event accuracy, and troubleshoot attribution issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align paid strategy with broader growth initiatives and product launches.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms for B2B or B2C clients.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, and ad platform reporting tools; familiarity with tag management and attribution setups.
Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative skills with experience analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, and translating data into strategic recommendations.
Optimization Mindset: Demonstrated history of improving CPA/ROAS through bid strategies, creative testing, and audience refinement.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Tools & Platforms: Experience with bid management, reporting automation (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio), and familiarity with CRM or attribution integrations is preferred.
Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Infrastructure: Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
