Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role is critical in helping executives stay focused on strategic priorities by managing calendars, communications, and daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
Draft, edit, and manage email correspondence and other communications on behalf of the executive
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-ups
Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct light research and organize relevant information for decision-making
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and/or physical)
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting C-level executives or business owners
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
Comfortable handling logistics, event planning, and vendor coordination
Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
