Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to own and execute our search engine optimization strategy. You will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, traffic, and qualified leads through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
On page web design - Writing copy and designing page, developing page, doing SEO for that page. Tool requirement, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, accuranker, brightlocal. Wordpress, elementor and oxygen. 2-3 years exp.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an SEO strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
Perform keyword research (short- and long-tail) and map keywords to pages and content plans
Conduct on-page optimization, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure
Audit website content for SEO opportunities and collaborate with content creators to implement improvements
Manage technical SEO: site speed, crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, and structured data
Monitor and improve website health using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
Develop and execute a backlink acquisition strategy focused on high-quality, relevant links
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare regular performance reports and insights
Stay up to date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and translate them into actionable initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web properties
Requirements
2–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, Screaming Frog)
Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and link building
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to make decisions and recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience with content strategy, copywriting, or blog management
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience optimizing websites for multiple markets or languages
