Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help shape the visual and conversion-focused side of a full-stack performance agency's digital ecosystem. You will work across landing pages, product pages, email layouts, and web experiences for a variety of brands, balancing aesthetics, usability, and performance. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment without ego. We heavily value leveraging modern AI tools to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks while keeping the human side of storytelling and design intact.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion-Focused Design: Design visually strong, user-friendly, and performance-optimized landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Create organized wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to align internal teams and simplify project execution.
AI-Enhanced Workflows: Utilize modern AI tools to speed up research, ideation, layout exploration, and production workflows where appropriate.
UX/UI Consistency: Maintain strong design standards across visual hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
Collaboration & Communication: Stay connected with the internal team through clear updates, feedback loops, and documentation across internal systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
Figma Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Figma, including auto-layouts, components, variables, and design systems.
UX/UI Fundamentals: Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive layouts, conversion-focused design, and accessibility fundamentals.
AI Tool Familiarity: Comfort using modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
Core Competencies: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and collaborates effectively using tools like Slack, ClickUp, Loom, and Google Workspace.
Remote Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Basic understanding of frontend development concepts (HTML/CSS).
Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
Experience using AI image or asset generation tools.
