Project Manager (Remote – English/Spanish Bilingual)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through completion. This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional service.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of active projects from kickoff through completion.
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Review project documentation, scopes of work, estimates, and change requests.
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and roadblocks.
Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with established objectives.
Coordinate resources, scheduling, and project-related activities as needed.
Maintain accurate project records within company systems and software platforms.
Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Resolve project issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the ongoing improvement of project management processes and workflows.
Qualifications
Required
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Ability to professionally communicate with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders in both languages.
3+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with project management software and Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred
Experience in construction, home services, property management, operations, logistics, or related industries.
Experience working with vendors, contractors, or subcontractors.
Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position.
Candidates must have a professional home office environment suitable for virtual meetings and client communications.
Reliable high-speed internet is required.
Independent Contractor Requirements
This is an Independent Contractor position and does not constitute employment.
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, government contributions, insurance, permits, and compliance with local regulations.
Contractors must provide and maintain their own computer, internet connection, headset, and any equipment necessary to perform the role.
Contractors are responsible for maintaining a secure and productive work environment.
